- Kincé offers different models of sunglasses with non-prescription lenses that are hereinafter defined as ‘products’.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to any offer from Kincé and any agreements between Kincé and the customer (hereinafter defined as ‘you’), either via the website www.mykince.com or other (online) sales channels that are operated by Kincé.

- Orders

- When placing an order for any products of Kincé, you automatically agree to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions that are made available on the website for your review.
- All payments should be made upon placing an order. The agreement between you and Kincé is concluded once Kincé confirms your order by email. Kincé is not obliged to accept any orders, as products may be no longer available or a payment was not authorized correctly.
- Pricing

- The prices of the products shown on the website are in Euro (€) and are including VAT.
- Delivery

- The place of delivery is the address provided by you upon placing an order.
- Please inspect the products as soon as possible after delivery and contact us immediately in case of any defects due to the shipping.
- Since the products of Kincé are limited editions, delivery takes place while supply lasts. In the case that products you ordered are no longer available, your payment made for these products will be refunded.
- Kincé offers free delivery on all orders made through its website to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
- Cancellations and Returns

- If you wish to cancel an order before the delivery, please contact customer support via email (info@mykince.com). In this case, your payment made for the cancelled order will be refunded.
- If you wish to return an order, you can do this within the reflection period of 14 days after the delivery. In this case, please contact customer support via email (info@mykince.com) for return instructions. The products must be handled with care and returned with its original packaging and condition no later than 14 days after the return has been requested. Only once the products have been returned to Kincé in their initial state, your payment will be refunded. The return fees or any direct cost of returning the product are at your own expense.
- Warranty and liability

- Kincé intends to display the products as accurately as possible and to ensure that all products offered comply with the specifications listed in the offer on the website, but cannot guarantee the exact representation of the physical products within the digital environment.
- It is important to inspect the products received immediately upon delivery, which is the starting date of a 2 year warranty period (‘legal guarantee’). In case of defects on a product within the warranty period, please contact customer support via email (info@mykince.com) to submit a claim the moment you notice the defect. Once the claim has been confirmed, you are entitled to a replacement, or if this is not possible due to limited supply, you will be refunded.
- In any case, no claim can be made if the damage of the product is caused (i) deliberately or by negligence, (ii) by normal wear and tear, (iii) by improper care or maintenance, (iv) by adjustments or repairs made to the product by anyone other than Kincé.
- Kincé is not liable for circumstances beyond its control (so called ‘force majeure’ events) which may affect the performance or prevent Kincé to fulfill any obligations.
- Personal Data and Privacy

- Kincé respects all personal data provided and is using it only to be able to process an order, invoice, delivery or any cancellations, claims or returns, if applicable. For further details, please read our Privacy Policy available on the website.
- By placing an order, you agree to share this data for the above mentioned use and confirm this data is complete and correct.

- These Terms and Conditions between Kincé and you are governed exclusively by the laws of The Netherlands.
- Kincé is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with the number 78489008.
